Elikem and Pokello were Africa’s sweethearts and the ‘it couple’ after they met up on Big Brother Africa and the whole continent watched their love story unfold on reality television.
They seemed like the most stable couple to come out of the house which is known for its volatile relationships in the real world.
Pokello even got a fairytale marriage proposal, on a live stage in front of hundreds of people and they all went through the traditional marriage rites.
The former couple even had a baby together, Tristan and it seemed like their romance was written in the stars.
Sadly the couple’s fairy-tale marriage crumbled after 4 years, much to the disappointment of their fans who were rooting for them.
Infidelity, distance, and immaturity were listed as the reason why the marriage collapsed.
